He called it an 'exceptional offer' on the 7,400-yard public course that charges $171 on weekdays and $205 on weekends.
It means the Trump name will be removed - and the door will be open for a new casino to be built if a lucrative gaming license is approved.
Bally's plans to keep using the land as a golf course for now, but sources told DailyMail.com the 180-acre site is a prime location for a new property.

For years, the city had struggled to find a company willing to take over the project.
Trump's firm managed the course built on top of a garbage dump and made $8 million in revenue in the first five years.
Meanwhile, taxpayers covered $1 million in utility bills.
The original deal with the city would have seen the Trump Organization's lease run until 2035.
But the sale means the family business can focus on its 11 other courses in the U.S. and new developments in Scotland and Oman.
Former New York Mayor de Blasio in 2021 that he would scrap the contract with the Trump Organization, claiming that Trump incited the rioters.
Trump then sued, and the Manhattan Supreme Court rejected De Blasio's argument.
The decision has drawn delight from Democrats, including Comptroller Brad Lander.
He celebrated that Trump's name will no longer 'deface' city parkland.
