Hi i’m eleven and i have stress ideal now it began a couple times in the past from a silly but horrifying working experience earlier right now i was on digital university and i fell asleep from keeping up till 2am i was waking up but i instantly couldnt transfer and my eyes have been squinted i saw a lady with mop like hair and ripped dresses with a hideous but scary experience at the stop of my mattress it only lasted for about 4 seconds but even now terrified the crap out of me my panic wont go away and i imagine this created it worse do you know any strategies to tranquil it down?
