Fans have joked that Newcastle's £52million summer signing Sandro Tonali already wants to leave St James' Park after the midfielder described AC Milan's gym as 'bigger' than the one at his new club.
The Magpies, who qualified for the Champions League after finishing fourth in the Premier League last season, have strengthened Eddie Howe's squad by luring the Italian international on a five-year contract.
Tonali touched down in Newcastle last week with his wife Juliette Pastore and has since been given a full tour of St James' Park and its facilities, getting to grips with his new home ahead of pre-season.
A video of the pair walking around Newcastle's gym did the rounds on social media on Monday after the midfielder was caught describing his old AC Milan gym as 'bigger' than the one at his new home.
