5. Official residence means any home rent by entities entitled to stay in official residences as prescribed in this Law over the duration by which they're on obligation. 8. Housing building challenge means all deliberate pieces of work that are designed to make use of capital to construct new housing, thehangover or technical and/or social infrastructural works for residential use, or to renovate or repair housing in a certain location. 3. In case of very important necessity for nationwide defense and safety purposes; socio-financial growth for nationwide or public advantages, or state of battle, state of emergency, or disaster response, the State shall resolve the acquisition, commandeering, or demolition of housing below lawful possession of the organizations, households, or individuals, then the State must pay compensation and perform policies on relocation to homeowners as prescribed.

Lease buy agreement means an agreement, whereby the lessee pays an option fee of 20% of a house, unless the lessee is able to pay an option price greater than 20% but not exceeding 50% of the home; the remaining payment shall be thought-about as the monthly rent over a certain duration; the lessee shall purchase the ownership of such home if he/she pays off the total quantity when the lease purchase agreement expires. 2. If for a person has a hard and fast-term homeownership as prescribed in Clause 1 Article 123 in this Law, he/she could train the rights prescribed in Clause 1 of this article over the homeownership interval, unless otherwise agreed among the many events; when the contractual term expires, the home which is beneath administration of the homeowner should be returned to the preliminary homeowner. 3. 10. Renovating, expanding, demolishing the homes below agreements on housing lease, lease buy, lending, permission for keep, or authorization of housing administration with out the consent of the homeowner. This Law applies to organizations, households or individuals associated to possession, development, management, use, and transactions in housing and state administration of housing in Vietnam. Use the house for residential purposes and other functions not prohibited by laws of legislation. This Law stipulates ownership, development, administration, and use of housing; housing-related transactions; state management of housing in Vietnam. Any family or particular person is entitled to have residence by way of investment in housing development, buy, lease, lease buy, receipt of reward, receipt of inheritance, receipt of capital contribution, change, borrowing, keep, or authorization for housing administration and different transactions prescribed in regulations of legislation. 2.
