There are many people who afraid of mixing in a group because of lack of self confidence. Thus it is very important to teach your child the basic rule and importance of working in a team. It can be done in school as well as inside the house. School is a much better place to learn this skill as kids get the chance to interact with lots of their peers in the school only.
